Who we are

No Fomo is operated by No Fomo Fun, LLC ("we", "us"). Contact us any time at nofomoadmin@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account — your email address (or Google sign-in identifier) and an internal user id.
• Profile — a phone number you provide so number-swaps work during a chat.
• Content — posts, chat messages, and any photos you choose to send.
• Technical — standard log data (IP, browser, timestamps) for abuse prevention.

Ephemeral by design

Posts, chats, and photos are automatically wiped at 5 AM Eastern each night. Revealed number-swaps persist for 24 hours after reveal, then vanish along with the chat. We do not maintain shadow copies, archives, or backups of user content beyond what is needed for the nightly rotation.

How we use it

To run the app, authenticate you, deliver messages, enforce the credit economy, prevent abuse, and contact you about material changes to the service. We do not sell your personal data. We do not run behavioral ad targeting.

Who processes it

We use trusted infrastructure sub-processors to host the app, store data, and send authentication email: Lovable (application hosting) and Supabase (database, authentication, storage). Each is bound to industry-standard data-processing terms.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated profile data at any time by emailing nofomoadmin@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, or port your data — same address.

Age

No Fomo is for adults 17 and older. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 17, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you in-app or by email.
