Terms of Service

Who's inviting you in

No Fomo (the "Service") is provided by No Fomo Fun, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can enter

You must be at least 17 years old to use No Fomo. By signing in you confirm that you are 17 or older and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

How the room works

• The board is only open between 10 PM and 5 AM Eastern Time.
• All posts, chats, and shared photos are wiped nightly at 5 AM.
• Every account gets 10 credits to start. Credits are used for photos and phone-number swaps.
• If a request is declined, the credit is returned to the requester.
• Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Behave

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone.
• Post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or anything illegal.
• Scrape, mirror, or archive content that is meant to disappear.
• Use the Service to spam, phish, sell, or promote commercial offers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, break, or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion, without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited license to store and display it only for as long as it takes to run the ephemeral loop (typically less than 7 hours). After the nightly wipe, that license expires with the content.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, that content will not be seen or screenshotted by other users, or that the Service will meet any particular need.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, No Fomo Fun, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $50.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing nofomoadmin@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which No Fomo Fun, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
